- Tomato sauce (no added sugar) - 100 grams
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 50 grams
- Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced - 30 grams
- Cucumber, diced - 50 grams
- Red onion, thinly sliced - 30 grams
- Bell pepper, diced - 50 grams
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, olive oil, salt, and oregano. Mix until a dough forms.
- Spread the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a round pizza crust about 0.5 cm thick.
- Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and firm.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese, Kalamata olives, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, and diced bell pepper over the sauce.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, until the toppings are heated through.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
