Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder - 15 grams
  • Erythritol (or other keto sweetener) - 30 grams
  • Butter - 50 grams
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped walnuts - 30 grams
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the erythritol and water to the melted butter, stirring until the sweetener is dissolved.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt together.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the saucepan, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and chopped walnuts, mixing until well combined.
  6. Continue to cook over low heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  7. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a small dish or mold, pressing it down firmly.
  8. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing into pieces.
