- Butter - 50 grams
- Water - 100 ml
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Chopped walnuts - 30 grams
- Salt - a pinch
Steps
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the erythritol and water to the melted butter, stirring until the sweetener is dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt together.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the saucepan, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Add the vanilla extract and chopped walnuts, mixing until well combined.
- Continue to cook over low heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a small dish or mold, pressing it down firmly.
