- Cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1 large
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Ground beef or lamb - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cucumber (diced) - 1/2 cup
- Tomato (diced) - 1/2 cup
- Red onion (thinly sliced) - 1/4 cup
- Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50 grams
- Tzatziki sauce - 1/4 cup (store-bought or homemade)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until melted and smooth.
- Add the almond flour, egg, salt, and oregano to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1cm thick. Transfer to a baking sheet.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef or lamb, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the crust is ready, remove it from the oven and spread the cooked meat evenly over the top.
- Add the diced cucumber, tomato, and red onion on top of the meat.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the pizza and return it to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with tzatziki sauce before serving.
