Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 1 cup
  • Cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground beef or lamb - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cucumber (diced) - 1/2 cup
  • Tomato (diced) - 1/2 cup
  • Red onion (thinly sliced) - 1/4 cup
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50 grams
  • Tzatziki sauce - 1/4 cup (store-bought or homemade)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until melted and smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour, egg, salt, and oregano to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1cm thick. Transfer to a baking sheet.
  5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. While the crust is baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef or lamb, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Once the crust is ready, remove it from the oven and spread the cooked meat evenly over the top.
  8. Add the diced cucumber, tomato, and red onion on top of the meat.
  9. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the pizza and return it to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and drizzle with tzatziki sauce before serving.
