- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Cucumber - 1/2 medium, diced
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two patties and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, lemon juice, and chopped dill in a small bowl. Season with salt to taste.
- Once the burgers are done, assemble by placing each patty on a large lettuce leaf. Top with sliced tomatoes, red onion, crumbled feta, and a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.
- Wrap the lettuce around the burger and serve immediately.
