- Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Stevia or erythritol - to taste
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
- Heavy whipping cream - 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
Steps
- In a small pot, add the Greek coffee and water. Stir to combine.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, allowing it to come to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low.
- Once the coffee begins to foam, remove it from heat and let it settle for 30 seconds.
- Return to heat and allow it to foam again, repeating this process 2-3 times to achieve a thick froth.
- In a separate cup, mix the coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa powder, stevia (or erythritol), and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour the hot Greek coffee into the cup with the coconut oil mixture, stirring well to incorporate.
