  • Water - 200 ml
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Stevia or erythritol - to taste
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Heavy whipping cream - 2 tablespoons (30 ml)

Steps

  1. In a small pot, add the Greek coffee and water. Stir to combine.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, allowing it to come to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low.
  3. Once the coffee begins to foam, remove it from heat and let it settle for 30 seconds.
  4. Return to heat and allow it to foam again, repeating this process 2-3 times to achieve a thick froth.
  5. In a separate cup, mix the coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa powder, stevia (or erythritol), and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  6. Pour the hot Greek coffee into the cup with the coconut oil mixture, stirring well to incorporate.
  7. Add the heavy whipping cream on top, and if desired, sprinkle a bit more cinnamon for garnish.
