- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Kalamata olives - 30 grams, pitted and sliced
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped

- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced olives to the skillet, cooking for another 2 minutes until heated through.
- Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and gently stir with a spatula, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until the eggs are softly scrambled.
