- Cauliflower - 300 grams
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Feta cheese (crumbled) - 100 grams
- Kalamata olives (pitted and sliced) - 50 grams
- Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh basil leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
- Steam the cauliflower for about 5 minutes until tender, then let it cool.
- Once cooled, place the cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and wring out as much moisture as possible.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a round pizza crust about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until it is golden brown and firm.
- Remove the crust from the oven and top it with crumbled feta cheese, sliced Kalamata olives, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
