- Vegetable broth - 250 ml
- Oregano (dried) - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin (ground) - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Parsley (fresh, chopped) - for garnish
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the cooked lentils, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
