  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Ground beef - 150 grams
  • Breadcrumbs - 30 grams
  • Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Mint - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Kalamata olives - 20 grams, sliced
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, mint, onion, garlic, cinnamon, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the meat mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
  7. Place the cooked meatballs evenly on top of the sauce.
  8. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese, sliced Kalamata olives, and shredded mozzarella cheese over the meatballs.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
