- Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Mint - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Kalamata olives - 20 grams, sliced
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, mint, onion, garlic, cinnamon, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the meat mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
- Place the cooked meatballs evenly on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese, sliced Kalamata olives, and shredded mozzarella cheese over the meatballs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
