- Egg - 1 large
- Salt - 1 teaspoon

- Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - for frying
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, mint, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 2.5 cm in diameter, and place them on a plate.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the meatballs to the pan in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd.
- Fry the meatballs for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.
