- Whole wheat breadcrumbs - 30 grams

- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Whole grain burger buns - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
- Greek yogurt - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, parsley, mint, garlic, red onion, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined, then form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
