Ingredients

  • Ground lamb - 250 grams
  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Skewers - 4

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb and ground beef.
  2. Add minced garlic, chopped red onion, fresh parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture.
  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and mold each portion around a skewer to form a kebab shape.
  5. Brush the skewers lightly with olive oil.
  6. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  7. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
