- Ground lamb - 250 grams
- Ground beef - 250 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 4
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb and ground beef.
- Add minced garlic, chopped red onion, fresh parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and mold each portion around a skewer to form a kebab shape.
- Brush the skewers lightly with olive oil.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
