- Tomatoes - 1 medium, sliced
- Arugula - 50 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Lay the slices of whole grain bread on a baking sheet and brush one side with olive oil.
- Place the bread in the oven and toast for about 5-6 minutes until lightly golden.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and flip the bread slices over.
