Steps
- Cut the pork belly into 2 cm cubes and place them in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.
- Pour the marinade over the pork belly cubes and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated.
