Ingredients

  • Pork belly - 500 grams

  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Rosemary - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Cut the pork belly into 2 cm cubes and place them in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.
  3. Pour the marinade over the pork belly cubes and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
  5. Preheat your BBQ grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Thread the marinated pork belly onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
