- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Cut the pork shoulder into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, black pepper, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
