Ingredients

  • Pork shoulder - 400 grams

  • Thyme - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Cut the pork shoulder into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, black pepper, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
