Steps

  1. Rinse the Arborio rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed Arborio rice, milk, honey, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
