Ingredients

  • Kalamata olives, pitted and halved - 80 grams
  • Feta cheese, crumbled - 50 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 1 small
  • Bell pepper, sliced (any color) - 1/2 medium
  • Oregano, dried - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle the Kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, sliced red onion, and bell pepper evenly over the sauce.
