- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the cleaned calamari rings to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
