- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and finely chopped
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Water - as needed for consistency
Steps
- In a food processor, combine the drained chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, and salt.
