Ingredients

  • Dandelion greens - 200 grams
  • Chard - 200 grams
  • Spinach - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Lemon - 1, juiced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Wash the dandelion greens, chard, and spinach thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or grit.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the greens and blanch them for about 3-4 minutes until wilted.
  3. Drain the greens and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Squeeze out any excess water and chop the greens coarsely.
  4. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the chopped greens to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
