Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Cucumber - 1 small, diced
  • Bell pepper (any color) - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 30 cm (12 inch) round.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the sauce.
  7. Top with sliced Kalamata olives, red onion, cucumber, and bell pepper.
  8. Season with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
