- Fresh dill - 15 grams, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Red onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Whole wheat burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced

Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped parsley, dill, minced garlic, finely chopped red onion, crumbled feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 2 cm thick.
- Preheat a grill or non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have an internal temperature of 75°C.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the burger buns by toasting them lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
