Steps
- Preheat your BBQ grill to medium heat.
- Wash and scrub the Yukon Gold potatoes, then cut them into wedges or quarters.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
