Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Medium potato, thinly sliced - 1
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh rosemary, chopped - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh oregano, chopped - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Black olives, pitted and sliced - 50 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, toss the thinly sliced potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  5. Arrange the seasoned potato slices evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Sprinkle the sliced black olives, halved cherry tomatoes, and red onion evenly on top of the potatoes.
  7. Drizzle a little more olive oil over the top if desired.
  8. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the crust is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
