- Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
- Medium potato, thinly sliced - 1
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh rosemary, chopped - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh oregano, chopped - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic, minced - 1 clove
- Black olives, pitted and sliced - 50 grams
- Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
- Red onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss the thinly sliced potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Arrange the seasoned potato slices evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the sliced black olives, halved cherry tomatoes, and red onion evenly on top of the potatoes.
- Drizzle a little more olive oil over the top if desired.
