  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Eggs - 2 large

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until they start to soften.
  3. Add the chopped red onion and diced bell pepper to the skillet, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
