  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled

  • Fresh chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the chopped parsley, dill, and chives to the egg mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour half of the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed for about 2-3 minutes, or until the edges begin to set.
  5. Sprinkle half of the crumbled feta cheese on one half of the omelette, then fold the other half over the cheese.
  6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese is slightly melted and the omelette is cooked through.
