- Ground lamb - 300 grams

- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cucumber - 1 small, diced
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, parsley, mint, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the lamb patties and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the cucumber yogurt sauce by mixing diced cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and crumbled feta in a separate bowl. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve the herbed lamb burgers topped with the cucumber yogurt sauce.
