- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
- Fresh parsley - 15 grams, chopped
- Fresh mint - 10 grams, chopped
- Fresh dill - 10 grams, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Prepare all the vegetables by washing and chopping them: dice the cucumber and tomato, thinly slice the red onion, and dice the bell pepper.
