Ingredients

  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, about 0.5 cm.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the olive oil evenly over the surface of the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the zaatar spice mix evenly over the oiled dough, ensuring full coverage.
  6. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese over the zaatar mixture.
  7. Add the crumbled feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper slices on top of the cheese.
