- Pizza dough - 250 grams
- Shrimp (cleaned and deveined) - 200 grams
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Oregano (dried) - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon - 1, zested and juiced
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a round shape, about 10 inches in diameter.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and half of the oregano.
- Remove the skillet from heat and set the cooked shrimp aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and sauté the red onion until soft, about 3 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Spread the sautéed onion and tomato mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Top with the cooked shrimp, crumbled feta cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining oregano, lemon zest, and chopped parsley over the top.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice before slicing and serving.
