Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Shrimp (cleaned and deveined) - 200 grams
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Oregano (dried) - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon - 1, zested and juiced
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a round shape, about 10 inches in diameter.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and half of the oregano.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and set the cooked shrimp aside.
  7. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and sauté the red onion until soft, about 3 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Spread the sautéed onion and tomato mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  9. Top with the cooked shrimp, crumbled feta cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  10. Sprinkle the remaining oregano, lemon zest, and chopped parsley over the top.
  11. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  12. Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice before slicing and serving.
