Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Prawns - 200 grams, cleaned and deveined
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Fresh oregano - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the prawns to the skillet, season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the prawns turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from heat.
  5. Spread the sautéed prawns evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  6. Distribute the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced Kalamata olives over the prawns.
  7. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh oregano on top.
  8. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the pizza.
  9. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve warm.
