Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Fresh basil pesto - 100 grams
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the fresh basil pesto evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese over the pesto.
