Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 50 grams, halved

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness, about 0.5 cm thick.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Tear the fresh mozzarella into pieces and distribute it evenly on top of the sauce.
  6. Crumble the feta cheese over the mozzarella.
  7. Add the halved cherry tomatoes on top, followed by sprinkling dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  9. Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
