- Ground lamb - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Kalamata olives - 30 grams, pitted and sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add ground lamb to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Stir in oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
- Top with the cooked lamb mixture, followed by crumbled feta cheese, sliced olives, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley and a drizzle of lemon juice before slicing.
