Ingredients

  • Halal chicken breast - 200 grams
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Cucumber - 50 grams, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt to make the tzatziki sauce. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, marinate the halal chicken breast with olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the tzatziki sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and slice thinly.
  7. Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza, then add the sliced tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, and sliced chicken on top.
