Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 10-inch round.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over it.
  5. Spread the crumbled feta cheese over the pizza, followed by the halved cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and chopped fresh oregano.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
