- Pizza dough - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 10-inch round.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over it.
- Spread the crumbled feta cheese over the pizza, followed by the halved cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and chopped fresh oregano.
