  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 leaves
  • Balsamic glaze - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Season the halal chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, then grill or pan-fry until cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Let it rest before slicing.
