Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams

  • Marinated artichoke hearts - 150 grams, drained and chopped
  • Kalamata olives - 100 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil leaves - a handful, torn
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic, then brush the mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  4. Spread the chopped marinated artichokes and sliced Kalamata olives evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the artichokes and olives.
  6. Season the pizza with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste.
