- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh basil leaves - a handful, torn
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic, then brush the mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
