Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Cooked lamb, diced - 150 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
  • Tomato, diced - 1 medium
  • Cucumber, diced - 1/2 medium
  • Feta cheese, crumbled - 50 grams
  • Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced - 30 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tzatziki sauce - 4 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 10 inches in diameter.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  5. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  6. Top the cheese with the diced lamb, red onion, tomato, cucumber, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
  7. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  9. Slice the pizza and drizzle with tzatziki sauce before serving.
