- Pizza dough - 200 grams
- Cooked lamb, diced - 150 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Red onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
- Tomato, diced - 1 medium
- Cucumber, diced - 1/2 medium
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 50 grams
- Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced - 30 grams
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Tzatziki sauce - 4 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 10 inches in diameter.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
- Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
- Top the cheese with the diced lamb, red onion, tomato, cucumber, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
- Slice the pizza and drizzle with tzatziki sauce before serving.
