- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 150 grams
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 50 grams
- Red onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
- Greek yogurt - 50 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, combine ground lamb, ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the meat mixture and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the cooked gyro meat mixture.
- Add red onion slices, cherry tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Top with fresh parsley and dollops of Greek yogurt before slicing and serving.
