  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh basil leaves - a handful

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, bell pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil, then sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
