- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges - 2 (for serving)
Steps
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the swordfish steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
