- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, cut the bell pepper and red onion into chunks.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, and red onion onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
