  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
