- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped oregano, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
