Ingredients

  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 400 grams

  • Fresh oregano (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped oregano, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  5. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
