- Sea Bream - 2 fillets (approx. 200g each)
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 150g, halved
- Lemon slices - 4 for grilling
Steps
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Place the sea bream fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Once the grill is hot, place the marinated sea bream fillets skin-side down on the grill along with the lemon slices.
- Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- In the last 2 minutes of grilling, add the halved cherry tomatoes to the grill, allowing them to char slightly.
- Remove the sea bream and lemon slices from the grill, and serve immediately with the grilled cherry tomatoes on the side.
