Ingredients

  • Sea Bream - 2 fillets (approx. 200g each)
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150g, halved
  • Lemon slices - 4 for grilling

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Place the sea bream fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Once the grill is hot, place the marinated sea bream fillets skin-side down on the grill along with the lemon slices.
  5. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. In the last 2 minutes of grilling, add the halved cherry tomatoes to the grill, allowing them to char slightly.
  7. Remove the sea bream and lemon slices from the grill, and serve immediately with the grilled cherry tomatoes on the side.
