- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
