- Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lemon - 1, juiced and zested
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the chopped parsley, dill, oregano, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Place the fish fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill grates.
- Remove the fish from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off, and place the fish on the hot grill.
- Grill the fish for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
