Ingredients

  • Fresh white fish fillets (such as seabass or snapper) - 300 grams
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Lemon - 1, juiced and zested
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the chopped parsley, dill, oregano, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Place the fish fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill grates.
  4. Remove the fish from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off, and place the fish on the hot grill.
  5. Grill the fish for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Garnish with additional herbs and lemon slices if desired.
