- Honey - 3 tablespoons

- Graham cracker crumbs - 50 grams

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh berries - for topping (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a small 6-inch (15 cm) springform pan to create a crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and the egg. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
