- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh mint - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cucumber - 1/2, grated
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Tomato - 1 small, sliced
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped mint, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Form the mixture into two burger patties, each about 1.5 cm thick.
- Heat the olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Once the patties are cooked, assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a large lettuce leaf. Top with crumbled feta cheese, sliced tomato, sliced red onion, and a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.
- Wrap the lettuce around the filling and serve immediately.
